The fitness world has always fascinated me and been a great relief of energy for the mind along with the body. My path started in the high school weight room and lead me to start my degree in Kinesiology. I started my first gym job and with supportive gym community, quickly got into body building from there. I competed nationally in Men's physique for 3 years and continued my professional career in the physical therapy realm. Evolving my passion for functional fitness and longevity of movement i took to personal training and group classes through the national academy of sport medicine. I love sharing the joy i get from lifting and the happiness that comes from not only how you look but overall how you fell. i m currently continuing my education in exercise  Physiology. i can't wait to help you all reach your goals and fall in love with your health journey too!
