John has been participating in the fitness industry since 2000. Growing up in a health-minded household, he was taught the value of training the body and eating right very early on. Beginning his professional career at age 19 as a Personal Trainer in a large corporate gym, he quickly discovered his passion for helping others change their habits. After many projects and positions; including operating a bootcamp company (Outfit) and owning a 9,000 sq ft wellness center in South Lake Union (Excellence H&F), he brings his experience and expertise to you here at NW Fitness.
